Strawhouse Resorts, located along the beautiful Trinity River, provides a stunning location that can accommodate both indoor and outdoor events. The indoor site is in our Lodge and can be used in case of unexpected weather. We can accommodate up to 150 people. Our theme is “Simple Elegance.” Our staff is dedicated to providing you with the wedding of your dreams and doing all the labor-intensive work for you to give you a time that you will not forget. River-Front Wedding with Strawhouse Catering

You enjoy the use of our stunning river-front grounds, side lawn, tables, chairs, plates, glassware, cutlery, lighting, and staff for 5 hours (includes set-up). A $1,000 non-refundable deposit and a $1,000 refundable damage deposit is due at time of booking with balance to be paid 30 days prior to event.

Site Fee (1st 5 hours):

$4,000 (up to 50 people)
$5,000 (51-100 people)
$7,000 (101-150 people)

Additional per hour rate: $800

River-Front Wedding with Outside Caterer

You enjoy the use of our stunning river-front grounds, tables, chairs and lighting for up to 5 hours (includes set-up). A $1,000 non-refundable deposit and a $1,000 refundable cleaning deposit is due at time of booking with balance to be paid 30 days prior to event.

Outside catering means that everything is brought in and removed within your contracted time frame. This includes all decorations, food items, trash, etc. If damage occurs to any part of the Strawhouse facilities, a fee will be assessed. All caterers must carry their own insurance and show proof of that insurance to Strawhouse Resorts prior to event date.

Wedding Ceremony-Only Packages

You will have access to the river grounds with a maximum of 50 guests. Chairs are included in this package. No outside food or beverage of any sort is allowed. Full payment is required to secure date and is non-refundable.

1st hour – $1,000, each additional hour $800

Disclosures

• All events held at Strawhouse Resorts end by 10 pm as a courtesy to our neighbors (this includes clean-up on your part).
• Strawhouse does not provide linens, music or photographer.
